How do I book a rental?
Booking is easy! Check real-time availability on our online calendar, select your date, and complete the reservation online. You can also call us at (928) 235-6441. We recommend booking in advance, especially on weekends and holidays.
What are the rental rates and deposit?
Daily rental rate is $700 per 4-seater Polaris RZR (9am to 4pm). A $2,500 security deposit is required per vehicle (held on a credit card and fully refundable if the RZR is returned undamaged).
Is gas included?
Yes — every rental comes with a full tank of gas. Because we’re surrounded by forest with no nearby gas stations, we take care of the fuel so you can enjoy your day without any hassle. No need to refuel before return.
What are the age and driver requirements
- Drivers must be 25 years or older and have a valid driver’s license.
- No passengers under 5 years old.
- All riders under 18 must wear a helmet.
Can I ride if it rains?
We monitor weather closely for safety. Light rain is usually fine, but heavy rain or unsafe trail conditions may result in a reschedule or cancellation for your safety. We will contact you as soon as possible if this occurs.
Are there any rules I need to follow?
Yes — safety is our top priority. Full rules are provided at check-in, but the main ones are:
- Stay on designated trails
- No alcohol or drugs
- No reckless driving
- Don’t Drive beyond your experience level.
- Respect the environment and other trail users
- Return the RZR in clean condition (excessive mud may incur a cleaning fee)
What is included with my rental?
- Full tank of gas (no need to refuel)
- Helmets and goggles for all riders
- Ride Command touchscreen navigation system
- Direct trail access from our property
Do I need to bring a trailer?
No trailer needed! Our location at 1441 E Christopher Creek Loop is nestled in the woods with immediate access to Tonto National Forest OHV trails. Just park your truck or SUV and ride straight onto the trails.
How many people can ride in one RZR?
Each Polaris RZR XP 1000 4-seater comfortably seats up to 4 people (driver + 3 passengers).
Do you provide insurance?
We do not provide insurance. You are fully responsible for any damage to the vehicle, as well as any injuries or property damage. The $2,500 deposit helps cover minor issues, but you are liable for all repair costs, towing, or loss-of-use fees.
What should I bring?
- Valid driver’s license (for the driver)
- Credit Card
- Closed-toe shoes (highly recommended)
- Sunglasses or extra eye protection (we provide goggles)
- Water, snacks, sunscreen, and a camera for the views!
What are your cancellation policies?
Cancellations made 7 days or more before your rental date receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.
Where exactly are you located?
We are at 1441 E Christopher Creek Loop, Payson, AZ 85541, right in the heart of the Mogollon Rim. You’ll have direct access to beautiful forest trails without ever needing to drive on highways.
